Items in Atlas Fallen features the different types of objects or categories of items that can be obtained throughout the game. This includes items such as consumables, Materials, quest items and key items that are encountered by progressing through the game or encountering different NPCs, or completing locations or regions of the game. This lists all available types of items that can be found, each of their uses, how to obtain them, or where to find them.

Depending on the type of item, these different Materials can be used as Crafting Materials, Fusion Resources for Essence Stones, or gained as collectibles. All Items under the Journey Tab on your menu include the following:
Where to find Items in Atlas Fallen
A number of items can be purchased from Merchants, or collected through exploration or through foraging. Other items can be randomly encountered on the map or dropped from different Enemies.
Accessing all Items in Atlas Fallen
All Collected Items, Materials, and collectibles can be accessed in your Menu under the Journey tab where you can browse through the different Item categories and keep track of all your registered Items in the game.

Minerals
One of two types of Fusion Materials players can use to upgrade or fuse Essence Stones. Commonly obtained from looting Wraiths after defeating them and bought from Merchants.
Plants
One of two types of Fusion Materials players can use to upgrade and fuse specific types of Essence Stones. Commonly obtained through scavenging in different biomes and bought from Merchants.
Formulas
Key items for players to obtain various types of Essence Stones. Looking into the Formulas will display recipes for different Essence Stones, each recipe consists of 1 Essence Core, at least 1 type of Mineral, and at least 1 type of Plant.
Quest Items
These are key items that are gained throughout the progression of the game. Players will often come across different Quest Items or be given to them by NPCs in order to complete a certain quest or errand.
Cosmetic Items
Cosmetic Items come in two categories of Dyes and Vanity to equip onto Armour. Players can find these items through exploration or purchasing from Merchants to customise their Armour to display a players aesthetics and individuality.
Treasure Maps
Collectible items that players can find in fragments through puzzles and Wildlife Treasures. When all fragments of the same map are collected, players will have to decipher the location on the map to find the treasure.
Lore Items
Collectible items that players can find around different Locations in Atlas Fallen. These items hold small descriptions that reveal parts of the lore in specific areas, backstories of characters, and other items.
