Idol of Care is an Idol in Atlas Fallen. Each Idol has its own unique restorative effects that can improve your healing abilities when equipped. Although players will come across several types of Idols, players may only equip one Idol at a time. Players can refer back to the item menu to look through "Idols" they have collected throughout progressing the game and exploration.

The Idol of Care will grants players a generous amount of healing if they are below 25% in health. This is best to save players who do not often pay attention to their health and heal last minute, equipping this Idol will not only heal the players, but will also give a generous amount of healing when low in health.
