Perennial Mantle is an Armour Set in Atlas Fallen. Perennial Mantle has a Base Power Level of 8 and a Max Power Level of 11. Armour defines the overall defensive properties and survivability against fighting Wraiths, with enough Essence Dust, Armour can be upgraded when using Anvils to increase its level. Increasing an Armour's level improves the Power Level, Armour Stats, and unlocks Perk Slots, as well as acquiring Perk Points used for Perks.

 

Opulent yet robust armour made out of steel and gold, shapred and joined by the best blacksmiths of Lithesta to protect Thelos' most devoted priest.

  

Where to find Perennial Mantle in Atlas Fallen

• Acquired as a reward for the last part of The City of the Sun Main Quest. The Odd Hunter gives it to you as you leave the Monsalar region towards the Black Alms.
